1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- With all original tags, labels, and hygiene seals still attached.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that some items are non-returnable due to their nature. These include:
- Intimate apparel (such as bras, panties, swimwear, and bodysuits) for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care items.
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or without prior authorization from Stryzek.
4. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item), Stryzek will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your statement after approval.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will guide you through the process. Typically, for exchanges, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and then placing a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect or error. Please include photographs if possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
